BREAKING THE STIGMA: TALKING ABOUT SUICIDE
If you find yourself or someone you love having a hard time, we offer education, inspiration, mental health resources and at least 20 minutes to counter suicidal thoughts and feelings or support survivors of suicide.
GET THESE STEPS
Suicide is preventable, and it starts with the understanding that suicide is not a choice but a result of an unmet need for connection, treatment, and support.
You are not alone and help is available, dial the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Helping People In Need
With a goal to offer resources and support to those struggling with suicidal thoughts, as well as inform the general public about the value of mental health, we are focusing on preventing suicide and improving mental health in the United States. Every life is valuable in our eyes, and we think that people are capable of overcoming difficulties to discover hope. We want to build a culture where people can ask for help without feeling judged and where mental health is valued equally with physical health as a basic human right.
